从中药升麻的地道药材之一兴安升麻[Cimicifuga dahurica(Turcz.) Maxim.]的根茎中分得两个新的环菠萝蜜烷型三萜双糖苷, 分别命名为升麻苷C(cimiside C,1)和升麻苷D(cimiside D,2)。它们的结构经IR, MS, 1^H和13^C NMR, 1^H-1^H COSY,1^H-1^H TOCSY, 13^C-1^H COSY, 13^C-1^H COLOC及DEPT测定, 确定为(23R, 24R)-24-异乙酰氧基-shengmanol-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-15-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷和(23R,24R)-24-异乙酰氧基-shengmanol-3-O-β-D-吡喃来苏糖-15-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。

From rhizomes of Cimicifuga dahurica two new cycloartane triterpenoid glycosides cimisides C and D were isolated. Their structures were (23R,24R)-24-epiacetylhydroxyshengmanol-3-O-b-D-xylopyranoside-15- O-b-D-glucopyranoside and (23R,24R)-240epiacetylhydroxyshengmanol-3-O-b-D-lyxopyranoside-15- O-b-D-glucopyranoside,resp. This is the first report of the two triterpenoids isolated from Cimicifuga plants bearing two glycoside chains resp. in their structures.
