将(CX3)2Y型分子内旋转Hamilton去耦, 应用无波函数微扰理论, 导出内旋转能谱的微扰近似解, 对(CH3)2S的扭转频率计算与实验很好符合。

Decoupling the Hamiltonian of the internal rotation in the (CX3)2Y type molecule and using the perturbation theory without wave function, the formula of the energies of the internal rotation has been derived and the result for (CH3)2S are good in agreement with the experiments.
