打破碗花花中三萜皂苷的研究

从打破碗花花的乙醇提取物中分离出五个单取代三萜皂苷, 经光谱和化学方法鉴定了三个新苷, 命名为找破碗花花苷A(S~3)、B(S~4)和C(S~5)(hupehensissaponins A、B、C)。两个已知的三萜皂苷是prosapogenin CP~4(S~1)和CP~6(S~2),曾从本属植物中发现过。

Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the alcohol exts. of Anemone hupehensis . Three new saponins, named hupehensis saponins A, B, and C, were identified on the basis of spectral data and chem. methods. The two known saponins were prosapogenin CP4 and CP6 which had never been found in the same species of plants.
