四氢噻唑-2-硫酮用于赖氨酸侧链选择性保护反应

Application of Tetrahydrothiazole-2-thione (TTT) in the Reaction of Selective Side Chain Protection of Lysine

用四氢噻唑-2-硫酮(TTT)分解赖氨酸-铜配合物,合成侧链氨基被选择性保护的赖氨酸衍生物Na-Boc-Ne-Fmoc-L-Lys-OH. 研究结果表明四氢噻唑-2-硫酮分解氨基酸铜配合物比传统试剂(H2S, EDTA, HCl)速度快, 反应彻底, 且副产物易除去.

A lysine derivative with selectively protected side chain Na-Boc-Ne-Fmoc-L-Lys-OH was synthesized through decomposition of lysine cupric complex with tetrahydrothiazole-2-thione (TTT). The results indicate that the decomposition is faster and more complete, the by-product was easier to be removed than that with traditional reagents (H2S, EDTA, HCl).
