本文报导了新合成的卟啉试剂meso-四(3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯)卟啉[T(DBHP)P], 研究了它的性质及其与Pb^2^+的反应条件, 制定了测定痕量Pb^2^+的新光度法, 该法灵敏度甚高(δ=2.40×10^5), 在8-羟基喹啉存在下, 反应可在室温下迅速进行, 甚选择性也甚好, 可成为光度测量痕量Pb^2^+的优良方法。

The synthesis of meso-tetrakis(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin[T(DBHP)P] is described. The conditions of the reaction of lead with [T(DBHP)P] were studied and a highly sensitive method for spectrophotometric determination of microamounts of lead was developed. The complex-formation reaction in alkaline solution can be accelerated at room temperature in the presence of oxine. The Soret band lies at 479 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.40 ?105 dm3 mol-1. The composition of the complex is 1:2 Pb:T(DBHP)P. Beer's law is obeyed up to 11 mg Pb/25 mL. The interferences of foreign ions were examined and the selectivity is fairly good as compared with the reactions by using other porphyrins.
