超声辐射和相转移催化相结合可以有效地促进自氯仿产生二氯卡宾的反应, 该方法具有速度快、产率高、催化剂用量少等优点, 是一种产生二氯卡宾的新的实用方法.

The reactions of chloroform with sodium hydroxide to generate dichlorocarbene can be promoted enormously by use of both ultrasonic irradiation and trace of phase transfer catalyst. The reactions are usually completed in 10-15 min with good yields. E.g., adduct I was prepared in 92% yield from cyclohexene and CHCl3.
