磷酸三甲(丁)酯质子化的^3^1P和1HNMR研究

31P and 1H NMR study of the preotonation of trimethyl and tributyl phosphates

测量了与水无限混溶的磷酸三甲酯(TMP)质子化过程的^3^1P化学位移的变化,解析后得到H2O.TMP(H.M)和H2O.2TMP(H.2M)两配合物的平衡常数,用^1H NMR研究混合物中水的化学位移,找出了自由水^1H化学位移值与浓度的关系,并在TBP体系中进行验证.

A 31P and 1H NMR study was made of the protonation of Me3PO4 (TMP), infinitely miscible with water. The chem. shifts (2.95 and 2.65 ppm) and equilibrium constants [0.90/mol.dm-3 and 0.12/(mol.dm-3)2] of the 2 complexes (H2O.TMP and H2O.2TMP) were obtained from the 31P chem. shift variation with concentration The variation of the 1H chem. shift of water in the system was analyzed. When the 1H chem. shifts of the 2 complexes are 4.58 and 2.20 ppm, resp., the chem. shift of the free water in the system is related linearly to its concentration: dH2O = 2.71 + 0.54 ln [H2O]eq. This formula also fits well in the case of the protonation of TBP when the chem. shifts and equilibrium constants of H2O.TBP and H2O.2TBP are 4.41 and 2.52 ppm, 3.0/mol.dm-3 and 2.25/(mol.dm-3)2, resp.
