Synthesis and structure of dinitrato di(N-dodecanoylpyrrolidine) uranyl(Ⅱ)

报道了N-月桂酰吡咯烷(DOPOD)与硝酸铀酰形成的配合物晶体的合成、表征和结构。由元素分析及红外光谱确定了萃合物的组成UO~2(DOPOD)~2(NO~3)~2,该晶体属正交晶系,空间群为Pbca。配合物中铀酰离子由六个氧原子配位,其中四个来自硝酸根,另两个来自两个DOPOD配体。两硝酸根和两个DOPOD配体分别处于对位位置,形成以铀原子为中心的六方双锥结构。在构象上,两个DOPOD配体的长碳链及五元杂环处于顺式构象位置。

The complex UO~2(DOPOD)~2(NO~3)~2 has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by four-circle X-ray diffractometer. The complex crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system and space group Pbca, with cell parameters: a=0.9301(5) nm, b=1.7017(2) nm, c=5.1171(11) nm, V=8.099(5) nm^3, Z=8, D~c=1.478 g/cm^3, μ(MoK~α)=4.061mm^-^1, F(000)=3632, fina R=0.0655 and R~w=0. 1907 for 3006 observed reflections [I>2σ(I)]. The results indicate that uranyl ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms, four of them are from two nitrate groups and other two are from carbonyl groups of organic ligands. The uranium atom in the structure is hexagonal bipyramid cooperated.
