纳米银粒子负载的多孔氧化锆材料的研究

采用液相浸渍移植及后续热处理工艺,把贵金属Ag成功地负载到多孔ZrO2材料中。产物用XRD,HRTEM,EDS,FT-IR,XPS及UV-vis等多种手段进行表征。结果表明,热处理对Ag粒子在多孔材料中的分散性具有重要的影响。在合适温度下,银的团簇粒子可以均匀地分散在多孔材料的孔道中,并产生明显的光吸收增强等主客体效应;随着温度的升高,银粒子倾向于向孔的外表面扩散。

The noble metal Ag has been loaded into the porous zirconium oxide by the solution-phase grafting method and a suitable thermal treatment. The X-ra powder diffraction, HRTEM,EDS,FT-IR,XPS and UV vis spectroscopy were adopted for the characterization of the products. It is shown that the dispersion of Ag particles is seriously influenced by the thermal treatment. Ag clusters can be dispersed homogeneously into the channels under suitable heat treatment, and the distinctive host-guest effect has been detected. However, Ag particles may diffuse onto the external pore surface with the increasing of the treatment temperature.
