用室温和低温固相反应法,采用两种反应途径合成了纳米Bi~2O~3微粒,并用XRD,TEM,CV及恒流充放实验对其性能进行了研究。

Nanophase Bi~2O~3 was synthesized by two methods, treatment of Bi (NO~3)~3.5H~2O with NaOH in solid-state and decomposition of Bi complex prepared by reacting solid Bi(NO~3)~3.5H~2O with 8-OH- quinoline. The crystal form, particle-size, morphology and electrochemical performance of nanophase Bi~2O~3 were examined with XRD, TEM, CV techniques and charge-discharge experiment. The results indicated that nanophase Bi~2O~3 exhibited higher electrochemical activities than common-sized Bi~2O~3.
