Sputtering Phenomena of Ag/AgBr Complex by Impacting of High-energy Electron

报道了Ag/AgBr复合体在透射电子显微镜(TEM)中观察到的一种有趣的溅射现象, 发现在高能电子的作用下, Ag/AgBr靶材飞溅出众多的纳米Ag粒子, 它们呈现很好的分散性, 其粒子的平均尺寸呈梯度变化, 初步探讨了此现象产生的机理.

An interesting phenomenon was observed when Ag/AgBr complex was irradiated by high-energy electrons in a transmission electron microscope (TEM). The Ag/AgBr complex, as the sputtered target, could be converted into many Ag nanoparticles with very good dispersion, whose average size has a gradient distribution. The relative mechanism has been also discussed.
