金纳米粒子杂化超分子水凝胶的制备与性能

Preparation and Properties of Supramolecular Hydrogels Hybridized with Au Nanoparticles

在制备水溶性硫辛酸酯封端的甲氧基聚乙二醇-聚己内酯嵌段共聚物(MPEG-PCL-ALA)单层包覆金纳米粒子的基础上, 在水溶液中, 利用α-环糊精(α-CD)与单层包覆金纳米粒子的包合作用构建杂化超分子水凝胶. 透射电子显微(TEM)照片显示, 金纳米粒子的尺寸为6~8 nm. X射线衍射测试表明, 所制备的水凝胶中含有α-环糊精与MPEG-PCL嵌段共聚物包合形成的多聚准轮烷的特征衍射峰(2θ=19.7°). 紫外-可见吸收光谱显示, 单层包覆金纳米粒子的水溶液及其与α-CD包合形成的水凝胶在525 nm处均出现表面等离子共振吸收峰, 单层包覆金纳米粒子溶液存放3个月后, 其表面等离子共振吸收峰未发生明显红移, 表明单层包覆金纳米粒子的水溶液具有较好的稳定性.

On the basis of the preparation of water-soluble Au nanoparticles protected with methoxypolyethylene glycol-poly(ε-caprolactone) block copolymer end-capped with α-thioctate ester (MPEG-PCL- ALA), hybrid supramolecular hydrogels were fabricated by the inclusion complexation between MPEG-PCL monolayer-protected Au nanoparticles and α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) in aqueous solution. TEM photograph showed that the size of gold nanoparticles was about 6~8 nm. XRD results confirmed that there existed the characteristic peak (2θ=19.7°) of polypseudorotaxanes formed from MPEG-PCL block copolymer with α-CD in as-obtained hydrogels. UV-visible spectra displayed that the surface plasma resonance absorption peaks appeared at about 525 nm for both aqueous solution of monolayer-protected Au nanoparticle and its hydrogel with α-CD, and there is no shift of the surface plasma resonance absorption peak after three-month storage of its aqueous solution, showing a good colloidal stability.
