碳量子点对基于能量转移电化学发光DNA传感体系影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Carbon Quantum Dots on Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence Energy Transfer Sensing System of DNA

实验发现在鲁米诺-结晶紫能量转移电化学发光体系中再加入碳量子点后, 体系的灵敏度和重现性均提高. 本实验中, 探究出用能量转移电化学发光分析法区分单双链DNA 的优化条件. 在优化条件下, 测定目标DNA 的线性范围为1.0×10-11~1.0×10-7 mol/L, 相关系数为0.9881, 检出限为4.0×10-12 mol/L, 并且讨论了DNA 与碳量子点可能的作用方式. 本法操作方便, 灵敏度高.

The effect of carbon quantum dots on the electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) energy transfer sensing system for the determination of DNA was investigated. The results showed that the signal- to-noise ratio of luminol-crystal violet ECL system was increased and its reproducibility was improved by the addition of carbon quantum dots. The conditions of the detection of DNA were optimized. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the determination of target DNA was 1.0×10-11~1.0×10-7 mol/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9881 and the detection limit was 4.0×10-12 mol/L. The possible interaction mechanism between DNA and carbon quantum dots was also discussed. This method was convenient and showed high sensitivity.
