吐鲁番风化煤黄腐酸的结构研究Ⅰ.

吐鲁番风化煤黄腐酸经CH2N2甲基化和分级后得到的低分子量级分(qM=548)用气相色谱法可分离得到19个组分.其中17个组分经色谱-质谱分析,并用标准化合物进行对照,确定是多元苯羧酸类和酚酸类化合物.它们是甲基化黄腐酸的一个重要组分,约占总量的29%.另外两个组分是含氮杂环化合物.与土壤黄腐酸不同,从该风化煤黄腐酸中未检测到烷烃类、脂肪酸类化合物.

Fulvio acid eztraoted from weathered coal (Tulufan, Xinjian) was methylated with CH2N2 and then fractionated. The low molecular weight fraction(Mn=548) separated into 19 components by gas chromatographic method. Among these components, 17 of which were identified as benzene oarbogylio acids and phenolio acids by using GC-MS analysis and by comparing with authentic compounds. These acidic components account for 29% of the fulvio acid studied. The other two components are heterooyolio nitrogeneous compounds. This fulvio acid differs fzom soil fnlvic acid in that it does not contain alkanes and fatty aoids.
