过氧键的圆二色谱

青蒿素(1)的圆二色谱(CD)在229nm有极小值(图1);但在260nm处还有一个钝的极大值,乍看起来好象是由正Cotton效应所引起.有一些饱和内酯由于在液相中有两种构象同时并存,每个构象具有相应的Cotton效应(往往符号相反),从而可以显示与1相仿的CD,即所谓双值(bisignate)现象.但这种双值的长波极值一般都低予240nm,因此图1中260nm的极大值很难用双值现象加以解释.我们考虑,它很可能与分子中的过氧基团有关.

From the CD curves of compounds 1-3(Fig. 1 in Chinese Text;compound 4 being transparent),it is seen that the positive absorption drift of 1 and 3 may be attributed to the peroxidic linkage, which is twisted clockwise as shown by molecular models. However, more eganiples will be needed to vindicate the proposed correspondence between the handedness of the torsion angle of the perogidic linkage and the sign of tho CD background.
