5α-雄甾-3,17-双酮用节杆菌转化得到四个含9α-羟基的产物(2～5),其中△1-5α-雄甾-9α-羟基-3,17-双酮为主要产物.它们的结构经光谱分析和化学方法测定.

Incubation of 5α-androstane-3, 17-dione with Corynebacterium simplex afforded four 9α-hydroxylated produots (2~5),among which 9α-hydroxy-△1-5α-androsten)-3, 17-dione (3) was the major produot. The structures of the four compounds wero assigned by means of spectroscopic evidences and chemical correlations.
