本文报导了采用单对甲氧三苯甲基氯或三苯甲基氯与3'-单核糖核苷酸直接反应的方法,合成的产物通过适当的溶剂处理获得了结晶的5'-O-单对甲氧三苯甲基保护的3'-胞核糖核苷酸、3'-尿核糖核苷酸、3'-腺核糖核苷酸以及5'-O-三苯甲基保护的 N-乙酰基-3'-鸟核糖核苷酸等化合物,既简化步骤、缩短时间,又提高了产物的纯度和得率.

The present report deals with the preparation of crystalline 5'-O-mono-p-metho-xytrityl or 5'-O-trityl derivatives of four common ribonuoleosides [e.i.(MeOTr)Cp,(MeOTr)Up,(MeOTr)Ap,(Tr)Gpac]through the direct reaction of the ribonucleoside 3'-phosphate with mono-p-methoxytrityl chloride or trityl chloride.We have found more satisfactory reaction conditions through changing the proportions of reagents,solvents,temperature and the time of reactions.It-should be mentioned that the key point of getting a crystalline trityl-or mono-P-methogytrityl-derivative is to choose an appropriate solvent or mixture of solvents.
