翼梗五味子的研究——Ⅰ.五味子酚和去氧五味子素的结构

从河南省信阳地区所产的翼梗五味子(Schisandra henryi Clarke)中,分得一新木脂体化合物——五味子酚.其结构式和构象式分别推定为Ia、Ib,其绝对构型为联苯(R)、C7(R)、C8(S).同时证明去氧五味子素(Deoxyschisandrin)的绝对构型及构象与其相同.经小鼠四氧化碳中毒性肝炎模型及初步临床观察,五味子酚无降低血清谷丙转氨酶的作用.

A new lignan compound, sohisanhenol, has been isolated from the fruits of Yi-(Geng-Wu-Wei-Zi (Schisandra henryi Clarke) (Magnoliaceae),oolleoted from the Xin-yang district of Henan province. Its structure and conformation are established as Ⅰa and Ⅰb respectively, the absolute configurations as biphenyl(R),C7(R) and C8 (S).The conformation and absolute configuration of deoxyschisandrin are the same as that of schisanhenol, the results are shown in Ⅱb and Ⅱa. In studies on mice intoxicated by carbon tetrachloride and preliminary clinical trial of the pationts suffered from chronic virus hepatitis, sohisanhenol has been shown to be ineffective in loworing the serum glntamio-pyruvio transaminase level.
