STUDIES ON ANTIASTHMATIC AGENTS——Ⅰ.SYNTHESES OF SOME ANTIASTHMATIC 4-OXO-4H-1-BENZOPYRAN-3-CARBOXALDEHYDES AND TRANSM-3-(4’-OXO-4’H-1’-BENZOPYRAN-3’)ACRYLIC ACIDS

合成了一系列含有色酮环的化合物4-氧-4氢-1-苯并吡喃-3-甲醛(Ⅸ)及反式-3-(4'氧-4'氢-1'-苯并吡喃-3'基)丙烯酸(Ⅹ)。化合物Ⅸa、Ⅸb和Ⅸi,在豚鼠的组织胺和乙酰胆碱诱发哮喘模型筛选中显示较好的平喘作用.Ⅸa已作初步临床试验,对某些哮喘及慢性支气管炎有一定的疗效。

A series of 4-ogo-4H-1-benzopyran-3-oarbogaldehydes and trans-3-4-oxo-4'H-1'-benzopyran-3')acrylic acids were synthsized and evaluated for antiasthmatic activity.Three of these compounds(Ⅸa,Ⅸd and Ⅸi)showed significant antiasthmatic activity in guinea,pigs induced by histamine and acetylcholine.Ⅸa has been subjected to clinical trials and proved to be effective in the treatment of certain types of asthma and bronchitis.
