圆形纸层析法的研究——Ⅴ.硒和碲的分离

许多作者[1-4]曾采用正丁醇-酸类作为纸层析硒和碲的展开剂。但是应用丙酮-酸类以圆形柢层析法分离硒和碲,似尚未见有报告;而且丙酮在纸上的流速较快,还可以缩短展开时间。为此,本文采用丙酮-水-酸(7:2:1)体系,其中包括不同浓度的盐酸、氢溴酸、氢碘酸、硫酸和硝酸以及甲酸、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸,对硒和碲的移动行为进行探索。

The separation of selenium (Ⅳ) and tellurium (Ⅳ) by means of circular paper chromatographic method with Hsin-Hua No. 1 filter paper has been studied. Thirty-five eluents consisting of acetone, water and various kinds and concentrations of acids were used. The Rfc values of these two elements when chromatographed by the above mentinned eluents are given in Tables 1 and 2. It is shown that a fairly large difference in the Rfc values can be attained. Thus, the eluents (acetone:water:acids=7:2:1)proposed may be used for the separation of these two elements with good results. It has also been found that good separation of selenium(Ⅳ) and tellurium(Ⅳ) can be achieved with sample solutions of lower basicity (0.1~0.5 N in sodium hydroxide).
