硒和碲的反相紙色层分离

作者等曾先后以TBP为固定相,用各种不同浓度的无机酸(或盐)分离钛、锆、钍、釩、钼、鎢、硒、碲、貴金属[1],效果良好。本文报告硒、碲在氫溴酸及溴化鈉作流动相时的行为。結果表明,硒和碲在适当条件下均能完满分离,且斑点集中,无拖尾現象。因此,尚能作半定量和定量测定。

Separation of selenium and tellurium by reversed-phase paper chromatography with tributyl phosphate as the stationary phase and hydrobromic acid or sodium bromide solutions of various concentrations as the mobile phase, has been investigated. The results may be summarized as follows: Selenium and tellurium may be separated with 1-2 M of hydrobromic acid or 8 M of sodium bromide solutions. The RF values of both selenium and tellurium decrease with increasing concentration of hydrobromic acid. While the RF values of selenium remain practically constant with various concentrations of sodium bromide solution, those of tellurium decrease with increasing concentration of the latter.
