1.一个聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯级分(M=2.63×106)在等折射率的溶剂-非溶剂体系(乙酸甲酯-乙醇)中测定粘度和光散射,得到的结果证实dlog[η]/dlog√h2=3。2.试样的乙酸甲酯溶液粘度在通常的测定条件下已达到低切变速度区域的牛顿流动范围。3.在25.0°时θ-溶剂组分是γw(乙醇)=0.509。

A polymethylmethacrylate fraction of molecular weight 2.63×106 has been studied by viscosity and by light scattering in an iso-refractive solvent-non-solvent system, methyla-cetate-ethanol. The results show that dlog[η]/dlog√h2=3 as demanded by Flory-Fox's theoretical interpretation of intrinsic viscosity. It is shown that the solution viscosity has reached the region of Newtonian flow at low shear rates under the conditions of ordinary viscometric determinations. The composition of θ-solvent of the system at 25.0° has been found to be γω (ethanol)=0.509. The molecular weight distribution of the sample was determined by the method of sedimentation velocity in ultracentrifuge at the vicinity of θ-temperature in acetone-ethanol.
