按照下列反应曾合成八种O,O-二烷基三硫代过氧磷酸硝苯基酯。

这反应进行十分顺利,一般收获率可达90%。虽然这类化合物在结构上与E-605及其类似物很相近,但其杀虫能力很低,可见三硫代过氧磷酸酯与硫代磷酸酯不同,缺乏杀虫能力。O,O-二烷基三硫代过氧磷酸酯在固态时很稳定,但在乙醇中回馏或在140—150°时熔融,则分解为双硝苯基二硫物及其他分解产物。

Several O,O-dialkylnitrophenyltrithioperoxyphosphates are synthesized according to the following chemical equation.

It has been found that the reaction proceed,smoothly with yieeds up to 90%.In spite of the structural similarity of these compounds with E-605, all of these coma pounds, with the exception of O,O-diethyl 4-nitrophenyltrithioperoxyphosphate, exhibit extremely feeble insecticial activities.The O,O-dialkyl nitrophenyltrithioperoxyphosphates are stable at room temperature in solid state, but at elevated temperature or in refluxing ethyl alcohol, they decompose exclusively into nitrophenyldisulfides and othet products.
