4, 5-二羟基荧光黄用作分析试剂Ⅰ.——用作铅的分析试剂

GALLEIN AS ANALYTICAL REAGENT Ⅰ. ——LEAD GALLEINATE, ITS COMPOSITION AND ANALYICAL APPLICATIONS

一、4, 5-二羟基荧光黄与铅离子生成蓝色溶液或沉淀.灵敏度:0.2γ(1:5, 000, 000), Cu, Ce, Sb, Sn, Sn, Ti干扰.二、用悬浮滴定法及斜度比法研究试剂与铅的作用.在酒精中生成组成为R:Pb=2:3的蓝色化合物, 在pH8的水溶液中生成R:Pb=1:1的化合物.三、用4, 5-二羟基荧光黄可作铅的悬浮滴定和制成标准比色系列进行铅的目视比色.四、用4, 5-二羟基荧光黄可作铅的比色试剂.在pH 7-9范围内光密度值恒定.用乙醇为溶剂时当铅的浓度在5-150γ/10 ml之间时, 符合比尔定律.生成物稳定, 放置二十日仍无变化.

(1) Gallein forms a blue coloration or precipitate with load ions.Sensitivity:0.2γ(1:5, 000, 000).Cu, Ce, Sb and Sn(Ⅱ, Ⅳ) interfere.(2) The composition of lead galleinate was determined by means of hetercmetric titration method and elope ratio method.The ratio of reagent to lead in the compound formed in alcohol medium was found to he 2:3, while that in aqueous.medium(pH 8), 1:1.
