本文制备了十七种3-二烃氨基甲基-苯并硫六圜-4-酮盐酸盐的衍生物。这些化合物是用相当的酮、胺类盐酸盐与聚甲醛进行Mannich反应制得。在反应中,氢离子可以抑制Mannich碱的分解。

Miracil D is effective against Schistomia Mansoni,but is ineffective against Schistosoma Japonica.The present communication deals with the preparation of seventeen new compounds of the hydrochlorides of 3-dialkylaminomethyl-thiochromanones including its 7-chloro- and 7-methoxy-derivatives,which are related to Miracil D in structure.
