金果榄中性物质分子量的测定

作者之一曾报告由金果榄中提出一种中性物质不含N,经元素分析结果C,67.74%;H,6.50%,暂定分子式为C14H16O4。然当时未曾测定分子量,似有补充的必要。现作者用Rast法测得其分子量:(Ⅰ)379,(Ⅱ)365。

By means of Rast's method,two determinations of the molecular weight of the neutral principle from the Chinese drug, Chin-kuo-lan, the isolation of which has been reported by Cha and Chian[1] previously, give the value 379 and 365. Together with the data of elementary analysis, the molecular formula should be C21H24O6 (molecular weight calculated:372.2).
