高级脂肪酸的葡萄糖酯Ⅰ.葡萄糖软脂酸酯、葡萄糖硬脂酸酯及葡萄糖混合五酯的合成

本文报告6种新化合物:二丙酮缩葡萄糖一软脂酸酯、二丙酮缩葡萄糖一硬脂酸酯、D-葡萄糖一软脂酸酯、D-葡萄糖一硬脂酸酯、D-葡萄糖一软脂酸四乙酸酯及D-葡萄糖一硬脂酸四乙酸酯的合成方法及其性质.葡萄糖与高级脂肪酸所生成的葡萄糖单酯为优越的乳化剂.D-葡萄糖一软脂酸酯及一硬脂酸酯都具有同质多晶的性质,各有4种同质多晶体.其他4种化合物都是低熔点的晶体,未发现有同质多晶现象的存在.

Six new compounds,namely,diacetone glucose monopaImitate,diacetone glucose monostearate,D-glucose monopalmitate,D-glucose monostearate,D-glucose tetraacetate monopalmitate,and D-glucose tetra,acetate monostearate,have been synthesized and some of their properties have been described.Monoesters of glucose and higher fatty acids have been shown to be surfaceactive and possess good emulsifying property.Both D-glucose monopalmitate and monostea.rate exhibit polymorphism a.nd each compound exists in four polymorphic forms.Diacetone glucose monopahnitate,diacetone glucose monostearate,D-glucose tetraacetate monopalmitate,D-glucose tetra,aceta.te monostearate are all low-melting crystalline subst;Lnces,and no polymorphism has been observed among them.
