The molar refraction of chelate compounds CoⅡ,CoⅢ,NiⅡ,CuⅡ-EDTA was determined by the measurement of the refractive index of these salts.The ionie refraction of ohelate ions CoⅡY2-,CoⅢY-、CuⅡY2-,NiⅡY2- was calculated in accordance with the additivity of the ionie refraction by the molar refraction.
