Reaotion of ethyleneimine in benzene and oarbon tetraohloride with dialkylphos phonates(1,alkyl-C2H5,i-C3H7,C4H9) in the presenoe of triethylamine gave the corresponding dialkyl phosphoryl ethyleneimides (2)in 73-76% yield.
