(Ca,Sr)GeO3晶体中环-链结构的共生长

Ring-chain intergrowths in strontium metagermanates

A structure phenomenon which is called ring-chain intergrowth was found in the grains of (Ca, Sr) GeO2 crystals. the samples here were prepared by reaction of CaO SrO + GeO2 -- (Ca, Sr) GeO3, followed by quenching to form a glassy initial product. AFter a subsequent annealing, the final crystalline products were preliminarily characterized by X-ray diffractometry and then analytical electron microscopy. High resolution lattice images were recorded by JEOL JEM 200 CX electron microscope. The results show that there are some intergrowths of ring-chain structure in the grains of (Ca, Sr) GeO3 with cofntact planes being (100)SrGeO2/(101)CaGeO3.
