新型金属胶束模拟酶对羧酸酯与磷酸酯的催化水解

Hydrolysis of carboxylate and phosphate esters catalyzed by new metallomicellar models of hydrolytic enzymes

This article reported the hydrolytic kinetics of carboxylate and phosphate esters catalyzed by the new metallomicelles formed from Cu^2^+ or Zn^2^+ and long chain ligands with alcohol hydroxyl, amino or imidazolyl groups. The results showed that the matallomicelle formed from Zn^2^+ or Cu^2^+ and N-tetradecyl-2-(N-2'-hydroxyethyl aminomethyl)-imidazol in the presence of cetyltrimethyllammonium bromide could catalyze the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate and react with parathion rapidly, its alcohol hydroxyl took part in the attack on p-nitrophenol acetate and p-nitrophenol diphenol phosphate. In addition, this metallomicelle showed good electrostatic selectivity to anionic carboxylic esters.
