A series of Ba~1~-~1~.~5~yLa~ySn~xTi~1~-~xO~3 (0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.3) solid solutions were synthesized by means of soft chemical method below 100^оC. XRD and d-spacing-component figures of the series of the solid solutions indicated that the products were substitutional ones. TEM showed that the product was substantially spherical particles with an average diameter of 70nm. The ceramics prepared from the solid solutions showed that adulterating with tin and lanthanum in pure BaTiO~3 phase obviously improved the dielectric constant at room temperature.
