新型MCM-41固载化铌酸催化氧化环戊烯制备戊二醛

Novel MCM-41 Supported Niobium Acid for the Catalytic Oxidation of Cyclopentene to Glutaraldehyde

Niobium acid has been doped in MCM-41 for the synthesis of novel efficient Nb2O5/MCM-41 catalyst by using aqueous Nb-oxalic acid compounds as the precursor.The catalyst has been characterized by means of XRD, BET, N2-adsorption and desorption methods and shows a satisfying catalytic performance in the selective oxidation of cyclopentene to glutaraldehyde.The conversion reaches 100% and the yield has come up to 50%, suggesting its favorable application potential in industry.
