The possibilities of synthesizing new kinds of molecular sieves hydrothermally in diethylenetriamine system with phosphoric acid, Aluminum hydroxide, ethyl silicate and cobalt acetate were studied. In the experimental processes no crystal was foundwhen only aluminum hydroxide and phosphoric acid existed in the system, a condensed crystal phase was formed after adding ethyl silicate to the system, two novel classes of molecular sieves (named CoAPO-101 and CoAPSO-101) were abtained after cobalt acetate being added to the system. The results of X-ray Powder differaction show that the structures of these classes of molecular sieves are different from other's, the adsorption properties illustrate that they are all belong to small pore molecular sieves.
