Abstract

A series of novel chiral stationary phases (CSPs) comprised of (L, L)-dipeptide tert-butylamide chem. bonded to g-aminopropylsilanized silica were prepared The performance of the CSPs for the resoln. of racemic a-aminoalkylphosphonic acid derivatives in HPLC was examined The CSPs are quite effective for the resoln. of the enantiomers. The mechanism for chiral recognition is proposed.
