钨的高灵敏显色反应的研究:W(V)-SCN-RhB(I)-动物胶体系

Studies on highly sensitive color reactions of tungsten: W(V)-SCN^-RhB(I)-gelatin system

Trace amts. of W are determine in water by reduction of W(VI) to W(V) with SnCl2 in HCl solution, formation of a W(V)-SCN--rhodamine B (RhB) complex in HCl solution in the presence of gelatin, and measurement of the absorbance at 595 nm (apparent molar absorptivity 9.2 ?105 cm3/mol-cm). Beer's law is obeyed at W concns. of 0.3-2.0 mg/50 cm3. The detection limit is 0.1 mg/50 cm3.
