Study on 1-aromatic heterocycloacyloxy-2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silatricyclo(3.3.3.O[1,5])undecanes

Abstract

Six 1-arom. heterocycloacyloxysilatranes e.g. I and three 1-arom. heterocycloacyloxymethylsilanes e.g. II were synthesized and their 1H NMR and IR spectra studied. The x-ray crystal structure of these compounds showed the 5-coordinated organosilicon structure. The intermol. N ?Si bond were stronger than that of common 1-arylsilatranes and their toxicities were low to medium.
