Abstract

Reaction of Ind3Nd or Ind3Sm (Ind = indenyl) with 8-hydroxyquinoline (Hchel1) or o-aminophenol (Hchel2) gave 7 new complexes with mixed ligands of the general formula IndnM(chel)3-n (n = 1, 2; M = Nd, Sm; chel = chel1, chel2). In preparing IndNd(chel2)2, a mixture of disproportionated products was obtained.
