Synthesis and Physicochemical Property of the Novel Acridone Pigments Bearing Dehydroabietyl Skeleton

Three novel dehydroabietyl acridone derivatives 7a7c were synthesized through several steps such as nitration, reduction and cyclization by using dehydroabietatic acid as a starting material. The title compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS techniques. The physicochemical properties of compounds were investigated by UV-Vis spectrum.
