Abstract

Synthetic bilayer membrane exploited in the recent years in one of important sup-ramolecular systems. in this article the progresses and tendencies and tendencies in this field are reviewcd with emphasis on the biofunction mimetic aspects of the membranes and some new concepts. Key words:synthetic bilayer membrane, molecular architecture, photo-excitation transfer, molecular recognition.
