Synthesis of Macrolide Glucoside

In terms of the structure of macrolide glucoside in radix clematides, model dimer was synthesized from 2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-6-O-acetyl-D-glucopyranose with our originate fractional polymerization. The products were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS techniques.
