乙烷硫代磺酸乙酯和二乙基二硫化物的极谱分析

乙烷硫代磺酸乙酯及二乙基二硫化物在磷酸盐缓冲的正丙醇水溶液中(pH6.5),均产生单波。二者可以同时测定而互不干扰。在乙烷硫代磺酸乙酯为0.57-6.4mM和二乙基二硫化物为1.6-11mM的浓度范围内,可以定量测定,误差在±10%以内。极谱波的性能实验表明整个电极过程为受扩散控制的不可逆电极反应。控制电位电解及毫库仑法的实验证明二乙基二硫化物的还原产物为硫醇;而乙烷硫代磺酸乙酯的还原产物则为乙硫醇及乙烷亚磺酸。

Ethyl ethane thiosulphonate (I) and diethyl disulphide(Ⅱ)give well-defined waves with E1/2 of-0.65 V and-1.35 V (vs.S.C.E.) respectively in 1:1:1 (v/v) mixture of n-propanol, 0.25 M Na2HPO4 and 0.25M KH2PO4 at pH 6.5, which was found to be the most satisfactory solvent and supporting electrolyte in our work.The wave-heightconcentration relations of I in the range of 0.57-6.4 mM and Ⅱ of 1.6-11 mM are linear.Both compounds can be determined simultaneously with an error less than ±10 per cent.
