两面针抗肿瘤有效成分的研究

自两面针根中共分离出七种生物碱,其中六种生物碱经鉴定分别为氯化两面针碱(1)、氧化两面针碱(2)、二氢两面针碱(3)、6-甲氧基-5,6-二氢白屈菜红碱(4)、α-别隐品碱(5)和茵芋碱(6),7的结构尚待进一步研究。动物试验结果表明,1和4能延长小鼠艾氏腹水癌的生命;2、3、5和6则无明显活性。1已在临床试用,初步观察,对慢性粒细胞型白血病有近期疗效。

Seven alkaloids were isolated.from the roots of Zanthozylrum nitidum ((Rogb.) DC and sig of them were identified as nitidine chloride (1),oxynitidine (2),dihydronitidine (8),6-methoay-6,6-d.ihydrochelerythrine (4),α-allocsryptopine (5) and skimmianine(6).The structural study on 7 is in progress.1 and 4 were able to increase the life span of mice inoculated with Ehrlioh's ascites tumor,while 2,8,5 and 6 were inactive.1 was effective in the treatment of chronic myelocytio leukemia.
