磷酸锡的离子交换性质——Ⅱ.四十种金属离子的薄层层析

合成无机离子交换剂的重要性已有评述.磷酸锡作为无机离子交换剂具有较高的化学稳定性和良好的分离效能,已应用于交换柱,纸层析和纸电泳.但是,用磷酸锡涂布成薄板进行层析的工作至今未见.本文用磷酸锡涂成薄板,不另加粘合剂,分别以不同浓度的硝酸,盐酸和柠檬酸等作为展开剂,对四十种金属离子的薄层层析行为进行了系统的研究.实验证明磷酸锡对某些金属离子具有良好的选择性能,并能成功地分离两种或两种以上的混合物.

Stannic phosphate thin layer(0.20 mm) plates have been applied to the chromatographic studies of 40 metations without using any binder. Ascending development technique is used with 0.1 to 1.0 M solutions of hydroohlorio, nitrio and citric acid and mixed solvent systems as eluants. As a result, some effioient binary separations, such as Hg2+-Pb2+, Cd2+-Pb22+, Cd2+-Sb3+, Hg2+-Tl+, and Pb2+-Zn2+, have been achieved.
