雷公藤中两种新三萜内酯——雷公藤内酯甲和乙的结构

从雷公藤(Tripterygiumw wilfordii Hook.f.)根中分到两种oleanane型的新五环三萜内酯——雷公藤内酯甲和乙(wilforlide A和B),经IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS等波谱分析和多种衍生物制备及与已知五环三萜oleanolic acid进行化学关联,推定它们分别为3β,22α-dihydroxy-⊿12-oleanen-29-oic acid和3-keto-22α-hydroxy-⊿12-leanen-29-oic acid的C29→C22内酯.

Tripterygiumw wilfordii Hook.f.(Celastraoeae) is widely distributed in South and Southwest China.Rsoently, it is used for the treatment of rheumatic arthritis and erythema lupus in China.In the course of studying:its aotive principles, we obtained two new oleanane-type triterpene lactones, wilforlides A and B, from the roots of this plant.
