建立了试剂7-(8-羟基-3, 6-二磺基萘偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸催化荧光法测定痕量铜的新方法。采用多目标单纯形优化理论获得最佳实验条件: 0.05%试剂 1.3mL, 0.1mol/L NaOH 6.2ml, 0.1%KIO4 1.6mL, 反应时间15min。对反应机理作了详细探讨与研究, 方法用于水样、铸造铝合金样中痕量铜的测定, 结果令人满意。

A new catalytic-fluorescence determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) has been established by reagent 7-(8-hydroxy-3, 6-disulfonaphthylazo)-8- hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid, and the experimental conditions have been optimized by multi-object punish function sinplex method, they are 0.05% HSNA8Q5S 1.3mL, 0.1mol/L NaOH 6.2mL, 0.1%KIO4 1.6mL, T 15min. The mechanism of the reaction has been studied. The method is applied to determine trace Copper(Ⅱ) in water sample and alloy samples with satisfactory results.
