锂的新萃取体系研究

本文报道由偶氮类螯合剂, 季铵盐及邻二氯苯所组成的一类新萃取体系的萃锂性能。讨论了该体系的萃锂反应机理、萃取热力学及萃合物结构。实验结果表明, 新体系具有良好的萃锂性能及很大的锂钠分离系数(β~Li~/~Na)。

o-Arylazo-β-arylols (HA) were first time chosen as the extractants for lithium (Li^+) with the formation of chelating anion (LiA~2^-), which could be extracted into inactive solvents in the presence of a quaternary ammonium base (Q^+X^-). The mechanism of this chelation-ion association synergic extraction was discussed in detail. The dynamics data and the thermodynamics parameters and the structure of the extractable complexes were determined. It was shown that the new system exhibits excellent properities, especially the larger separation coefficient β~Li~/~Na than other systems hitherto issued.
