采用电沉积方法得到了AgInSe~2薄膜, 并研究了它的一些光电性质。发现在其上阴极还原H~2O~2时会产生周期性的电化学振荡现象, 且该振荡行为有效地受外界斩光频率控制, 这将可能发展成为光电传感器。

p-AgInSe~2 thin films on titantium substrate was obtained by electrodeposition method and some photoelectrochemical properties of thin films were studied. We discovered a periodically electrochemical oscillation phenomenna on AgInSe~2 electrode during H~2O~2 cathodic reduction and the frequency of the oscillation waves are effectively controlled by the frequency of chopped light, it may be developed into photoelectric senser.
