本文首次报道了系列单链、1, 5取代萘刚性生色基团的两亲化合物C~nNaph(1,5)C~6N^+(n=16, 12, 10, 8, 6和4)的合成。用电镜、1^H NMR和DSC分别观察了该系列化合物在稀溶液中的聚集形态、聚集体内分子运动和物相变化。结果表明: 当n≥8时, 该系列双亲化合物在稀溶液中自组织成双层结构的囊泡, 泡壁为双分子膜。n=6时, 囊泡形状不完整。n=4时, 聚集体无确定形态。

A series of single-chain amphiphiles with the naphthalene moiety and the (CH) spacer chain, Cn Naphth(1,5)C6N+(n = 16, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4), were synthesized. The aggregate morphol. of the amphiphiles in dilute aqueous solution was examined by electron microscopy, and found to form aggregate global-shaped vesicles with diameter of 50 -200 nm when n = 8. It has not a fixed shape when n = 4. The mol. movement in aggregate of the anphiphiles was observed by 1H NMR. The gel-to-liq. crystal phase transition of the bilayer was shown by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). These results indicate that the amphiphiles are of practical bilayer-forming, capable of organizing biomembrane mimetic agent and suggest that the vesicle structures are composed of the bilayer structure similar to that of biomembranes.
