本文对N-苯乙烯基糖精在70eV电子束轰击下质谱的裂解规律进行了研究.这类化合物都有较强的分子离子峰,大部分是基锋,[M-HSO~2]^+是它们的特征碎片.实验证明,糖精母体的SO~2有可能和苯环邻位H或取代基苯环上的H络合而消去HSO~2.当苯乙烯基邻位取代基为NO~2时,由于硝基氧的迁移,使质谱上的m/z119成为基峰.

A study on the mass spectrometric fragmentation of N-styrylsaccharins I (R = o-, m-, p-Me, p-MeO, p-Ac m-NO2, o-NO2) is reported on the basis of high resoln. and metastable measurement under 70 eV electron bombardment. The title compounds usually show strong mol. ion peaks. Most of them are base peaks. The key fragments [M-HSO2]+ probably originate from parent compounds via loss of SO2 with ortho-hydrogen or the hydrogen from the substituted benzene rings. A pronounced ortho effect is observed in case of styryl substituted by o-NO2, of which m/z 119, as base peak, is formed by migration of oxygen from the nitro group.
